2. Description of Services

Riacuintir provides English language education services including:

• General English courses
• Business English training
• Academic English preparation
• Test preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.)
• Private tutoring sessions
• Conversation classes

3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Course Enrollment

To enroll in our courses, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to verify your information and may refuse enrollment if information is deemed inaccurate or incomplete.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless otherwise agreed
• Payment plans may be available for certain courses
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD)
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts

3.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancellation occurs 7 days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs 3-7 days before course start date
• No refund for cancellations within 3 days of course start date
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days

4. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Complete assignments and participate actively in class
• Respect other students and instructors
• Follow the school's code of conduct
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your contact information
• Take care of school property and materials

5. Attendance and Progress

5.1 Attendance Requirements

Students are expected to maintain a minimum attendance rate of 80%. Failure to meet attendance requirements may result in course termination without refund.

5.2 Progress Monitoring

We regularly assess student progress and provide feedback. Students who fail to make satisfactory progress may be advised to repeat levels or seek additional support.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, handouts, audio recordings, and online content, are the intellectual property of Riacuintir or our licensors. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials outside of their enrollment.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Code of Conduct

Students must:

• Maintain respectful behavior towards staff and fellow students
• Avoid disruptive behavior in class
• Not engage in discrimination, harassment, or bullying
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Not bring prohibited items to school premises

9. Disciplinary Action

Violation of these Terms or our code of conduct may result in:

• Verbal or written warnings
• Temporary suspension from classes
• Permanent expulsion without refund
• Legal action if warranted

10. Limitation of Liability

Riacuintir's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our courses.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

12. Course Changes and Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

• Modify course schedules, content, or instructors
• Cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment
• Substitute instructors when necessary
• Change course fees with 30 days' notice

13. Complaints and Grievances

If you have a complaint about our services, please contact us directly. We have an internal complaints procedure to address student concerns fairly and promptly.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northern Territory of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Northern Territory.

15. Amendments

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect 30 days after posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
